The College of Marin’s Center for Regenerative Design holds monthly Community Round Table events on Fridays @ 7:00pm at Olney Hall at the College of Marin in Kentfield, CA.

The CRD educates local community members and collaborates with higher education institutions including the College of Marin and Dominican University, the County of Marin, local organizations and busineses such as Green Fusion Design Center to develop programs that highlight alternatives to support sustainable future. Green Fusion was asked to participate in the "green life" section of the Marin County Fair.

used for all paneled walls in the "green life" exhibit . Yes, that is a giant spinning Globe in the foreground.

Custom Round table by Vetrazzo with Marmoleum click panels floors in kitchen, washroom and nursery and Natural Cork Flooring in the bedroom with a flokati rug. Silver Walker Bamboo Cabinets with Richlite countertops and Fireclay tiles and 3 form panels in the cabinet doors. Custom trestle kitchen table and bench made without nails or glue from one fallen douglas fir tree. In the bedroom Bamboo bedroom Furniture, Organic innerspring mattress and pillows by Vivietique and Organic cotton linens from Under the Canopy.

In the washroom, custom concrete vanity with embedded sink and mirror by local artisans. In the nursery Solid Maple FSC certified Crib by Pacific Rim with Organic Crib mattress and bedding from Vivetique and Organic hand embroidered nursery linens from Coyuchi.

After setting up the display Rafael took a few minutes to relax on the recycled denim insulation and Greg embraced his love for shell building materials. On display is Rastra Block, Metal roofing, a working Dual flush toilet by Caroma and a Noritz Tankless hot water heater

Along with an green lifestyle display the Fair featured a lecture series. Green Fusion was very pleased to be a part of this educational experience. Thanks to the Marin Arts Council and the Marin County Sustainability Team for a fun and educational 2008 Marin County Fair!

On October 26-28, 2007 Green Fusion took part in the Green Home section of the Western Interiors Design + Home Show in San Francisco.

Green Fusion created a beautiful bedroom vignette in collaboration with the talented Deborah Coburn. Green Fusion featured it's first line of custom made bamboo bedroom furniture. Check out some of the highlights from our bedroom vignette.
