Kathleen
came to Green Fusion with a background in the Health Care field
and the Literary Arts. As a Respiratory Therapist
for over 16 years, she worked in all aspects of the specialty
in hospitals throughout the Bay Area. She then embarked
on a career in bookselling as owner of Oliver’s Books in
San Anselmo, which specialized in used and antiquarian books.
Being able to keep valuable resources in circulation, offering
an exceptional and substantial stock, and being of service to
her community was most fulfilling for her. Over the years,
she developed a successful environmental lecture series, collaborated
with local schools and merchants for book fairs and events, offered
writing classes, and hosted numerous authors and writers for
readings.
Kathleen does not have a background in interior design, yet she was able to achieve the LEED AP status because of her hard work, natural talent and dedication. Congratulations!
Kathleen has received her certification in Permaculture through
the Regenerative Design Institute in Bolinas. With her
awareness of today’s health issues combined with her desire
to further the awareness of regenerative building practices and
holistic principles, Kathleen brings to Green Fusion a devotion
to create sustainable and harmonious environments at home and
in the workplace.
