Dawn K. McGee

Dawn is the founder and President of Wild Dreams Consulting, a strategic consultancy specializing in start ups and early stage businesses. Formerly, she served as the Lead Analyst for Underdog Ventures, LLC, in New York City and before that for Global Partners, LLC, in Napa, California, focusing on investing in companies that have a high social impact.

Ms. McGee is also an attorney, providing clients with legal and business advice on start up issues, business plan reviews, business formation, venture capital financing, technology development agreements, licensing agreements, intellectual property protection, private placements, joint venture agreements, real estate issues and estate planning and business succession. She is on the Board of Advisors for the Sustainable Building Alliance.
