We downsized the appliances to suit their specific needs, and located them all in the same corner wall by the window, leaving the opposite wall large peninsula for storage and entertaining. Although they're big microwave users, we were able to dissuade them from the traditional microwave and into the new Miele speed oven that will serve both purposes.
