Kirei strives to bring exciting, beautiful contemporary design materials to the market. Each of their products uses reclaimed, non-toxic materials to lessen our impact on natural resources and contribute to a clean, healthy indoor environment.

Kirei Board

Kirei (“Ki-rai”) is a Japanese word whose translation embodies the qualities of “Clean” and “Beautiful.” Kirei Board is a new building material which exemplifies the best of both definitions. Constructed entirely from reclaimed agricultural fiber, Kirei Board is a strong, lightweight, durable and environmentally friendly substitute for wood - usable in furniture, cabinetry, casework, and interior design elements. Kirei Board helps to reduce forest clearcutting and indoor air pollution while bringing a new element of beauty to modern interior design. Kirei Board is made from rapidly renewable, reclaimed agricultural fiber, with a low-VOC emission adhesive.
